Welcome to Leadership Greater Washington!

Leadership Greater Washington is the region’s most important change agent. We provide a platform for our 1,000+ members to identify challenges in the region, drive dialogue and create connections that facilitate solutions. Leaders, representing the diversity of our communities, become members through a highly competitive application process.

Members are required to participate in an initial, year-long program of intensive study of the region and its issues. Throughout the year, LGW hosts a range of educational and social activities to strengthen the connections that generate our power to lead and change.
