LGW's 22nd Year Launches at October 25th Luncheon

Leadership Greater Washington kicked off the 2007-2008 program year with its annual Fall Membership Luncheon at the Grand Hyatt Washington on Thursday, October 25, 2007.  Attended by 580 regional leaders, the event's highlights were the induction of the Class of 2007, a welcome to the Youth Leadership Class of 2007 and "success stories" presented by members of effective connections made through the organization.  The event ended with a high-spirited confetti launch to officially start the new program year.

John Butler ('97) is the organization's Board of Directors Chair; Donella Brockington ('99) is the Special Events Chair and Jeff Schragg ('03) is Resource Development Chair.  LGW thanks these leaders for their extraordinary efforts; the luncheon was the most successful yet for the organization, both in terms of attendance and fundraising.
