Strengthening the Bond Among the Region's Leaders

| When are class members announced? |
Class members are notified of their selection by May 15, 2008 after their application has been submitted. The entire membership is introduced to the new class at the fall luncheon.
Sometimes great applicants aren't accepted due to the process of designing a class. Numerous members of LGW applied more than once before being accepted. As many other of our members have found, the process of reapplying is worth it.

| How do members stay involved? |
Members stay involved through an array of membership services activities, such as member dinners, communities of interests, golf outings, the fall luncheon and the annual Greater Washington Community Service Awards Dinner in the spring. Members also stay engaged through participation on committees, the board of directors and lend assistance in planning the program days for both the current class and the Youth Leadership Greater Washington program.
