Dr. Keairra A. Adams is a nonprofit and private sector professional with expertise in strategic engagement, partnership development, fundraising, and community impact. She currently serves in Membership Services at Leadership Greater Washington, where she advances member engagement, strengthens cross-sector relationships, and supports regional leaders in driving collective impact across the Washington metropolitan area. Her background includes experience in student advising and coaching, as well as strategic planning and development initiatives that foster organizational growth and meaningful stakeholder engagement.  

In 2024, Dr. Adams earned her Doctor of Health Science from Eastern Virginia Medical School, reinforcing her commitment to equity, wellness, and systems-level leadership grounded in scholarship and service.
